Eurodata and edrms
Eurodata is founded in 1965 in Saarbrücken, Germany. Since the foundation of the company, Eurodata is providing for fuel and convenience retail management solutions. Eurodata’s mission is straightforward: “to fulfil the information needs of professional energy retail organisations at station and headquarters level by using the information technology in order to optimise profitability”.
We are a leading global player in the fuel and convenience retailing industry for over 50 years. Currently over 13.000 filling stations use Eurodata solutions and optimise their business results. Eurodata’s current footprint counts over 50 countries.
Eurodata delivers a suite of state-of-the-art solutions to the fuel and convenience retailing sector, called edrms, Eurodata Retail Management Suite. The suite is built with the fuel and convenience retailer in mind, entirely focussed on responding to the fuel and convenience retailer’s daily business needs, both at headquarters (HOS) and filling station level (BOS). Our back-office and head-office solutions are designed to manage a complete network of filling stations, both stations operated by the energy company (COCO) and stations with independent managers (CODO, DODO, DOFO etc…).
The suite edrms is an international multi-lingual proven solution coming as one single global software for all markets, is highly modular and configurable, enabling the fuel and convenience retailer to align the solution to the specific needs of the network of filling stations.
The suite edrms is a middleware sitting between forecourt and accounting solution. edrms is extremely flexible in terms of interfacing to these. It is being considered as our core business to link up with third party solutions. Our BOS and HOS solutions form the consistent software layer for the modern fuel and convenience retailers, seamlessly integrating with the different forecourt and accounting solutions systems in use, avoiding unnecessary replacement of existing systems.
The Eurodata Group is ISO 9001 certified. Eurodata runs its proper state-of-the-art data centres which are ISO 27001 and ISO 22301 certified to give the international fuel and convenience retailers peace of mind.
The Eurodata group develops and operates cloud-based software solutions and IT services – primarily commercial applications for personnel management and finance, as well as company management in general. Since Eurodata’s founding in 1965, solutions for tax advisors, filling stations and retail solutions have been the core of its customer base. Today, more than 80,000 customers put their trust in the secure cloud ‘made in Germany’ from the certified Eurodata data centre.
